By accessing and placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. General
Simple Organic Food sells 100% pure, natural & organic food products. We reserve the right to update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.

2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in PKR and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You will receive a confirmation email after order placement.

3. Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and secure online payment. All card payments are processed via encrypted SSL gateway. We do not store your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery time is 2-5 working days depending on your city. Delivery charges may apply. Simple Organic Food is not responsible for delays caused by courier or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken. If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with video proof. We will replace or refund after verification.

6. Product Disclaimer
Our products are organic and natural. Results may vary. Our products like Sufuf, Stevia, Shilajeet, Saffron are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Please consult your doctor before use.

7. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, logo, product images, and packaging designs on this website are property of Simple Organic Food (Pvt) Ltd. You may not copy or use them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from use of our products or website, to the maximum extent allowed by Pakistani law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in courts of Sahiwal, Punjab.
