1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners (Leopards, TCS, Trax etc).
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon-Sat). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Lahore, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Multan: 1-3 working days
- Other cities: 2-5 working days
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.
4. Shipping Charges
- Orders : Rs. 200 flat shipping charge (Karachi to Khyber)
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp / SMS once your order is dispatched.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available all over Pakistan. Please ensure your phone is active for rider contact. If rider cannot reach you for 2 attempts, order will be cancelled.
7. Damaged / Wrong Parcel
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, make a video while opening parcel and contact us within 24 hours at support@simpleorganicfood.com with your order number. We will replace it free.
8. Address Change
You can change delivery address before dispatch. Once shipped, address cannot be changed.
